| The PS.NET/Citizens Service Portal (CSP) is designed to provide Community Interaction with Law Enforcement Agencies serving their area, as well as public access to crime information in their neighborhoods. It is designed to improve communication between the public and the local public safety agencies, and provide public access to crime information for jurisdictions serviced by the participating agencies. Analytics The portal provides direct Analytical inquiry into the crime statistics database. The analytics capabilities provide detailed summary lists of specific crime types in a city/neighborhood and a variety of trend analysis composites. The system also allows selection of a growing list of statistical reports on crime trends and comparisons of crime trends within and between participating agencies. |

| Secure Data Management The information and capabilities provided through the portal are completely controlled by the agency, at no time will internal agency information be accessible to the public. Configuration parameters can be modified at any time by the agency using a simple management program. Changes take effect immediately. |
